Our country and capitalist society was founded upon a racist mindset that prioritized the needs and profit of white people over others. As we continue the fight for racial justice and equality in our country, we believe that long-term change starts with empowering underrepresented leaders and voices to higher levels of influence and impact.
This fall, a group of Black Leaders came together to launch a $10 million fund to support Black leaders with a financial award so they may continue to LIVE WHILE THEY LEAD.
